Short TCurlyLine warning

Description
TCurlyLine::BuildLine? will display a warning message if the line is to short. This does not happen for single-ended particles, but may happen if two vertices are moved to close together. This is best resolved by drawing a straight line if the distance inbetween the vertices is too small.
