Add ATHENA-aware config mode

Description

If ATHENA is installed, HepMC, HepMC reflex dictionaries and ROOT are already available. In this case, ./configure should make sure to link to the ATHENA libraries and not to any other (i.e. search them in CMTPATH)

HepMC reflex dictionary generation has been merged into HepMCVisual. Configure now provides --enable-dict and --enable-hepmc-dict flags.
